Steigende DSGVO-Bußgelder
Die Datenschutz-Grundverordnung trat am 25. Mai 2018 in Kraft. Bislang dient der Art. 83 als Grundlage der Berechnung eines Bußgeldes. Ein einheitliches Modell soll folgen.
